Ceremony leadership and reception energy are different jobs.
The ceremony focuses on the promises being made. Reception hosting focuses on the room, the flow of the celebration, and the moments the couple wants guests to remember. Toni can discuss both during the same free consultation without pretending that every wedding needs the same run of show.
Toni has performed professionally since 1988. The Signature Experience adds either one reception song or reception emcee service to the ceremony package. The Ultimate Celebration adds both one reception song and emcee service. The exact run of show is agreed with the couple and shaped around the venue.
One song, one host, or both.
For the one-song performance in Signature or Ultimate, Toni performs as Toni James or, when requested, presents a look-alike performance inspired by Diana Ross, Whitney Houston, Donna Summer, Erykah Badu, Janet Jackson, or Whoopi Goldberg. Signature couples confirm the performance-or-emcee choice and details during a second phone consultation.
That live reception number is different from the optional Personalized Wedding Song Add-On, which turns the couple’s story into a custom Songs Más Special keepsake.
For Ultimate, Toni and the couple agree the emcee responsibilities. Those responsibilities can include the champagne toast, cake cutting, garter-belt presentation, bouquet toss, first dance, and inviting guests to say a kind word about the couple.
- The venue handles all audio and microphone requests.
- Additional performers are available as a $500-per-performer add-on; no performer identity or count is included unless separately agreed.
- Toni attends the rehearsal when performing at or emceeing the reception. Toni may also attend at the couple’s request if available.

- Reception engagements typically last three to four hours; actual timing depends on the venue.
- Guest count is determined by the couple and the venue’s capacity.
- The venue, timeline, audience, and desired energy are reviewed during the consultation.
- Toni helps identify the wedding package that fits after the celebration is understood.
Couples decide the venue anywhere in Las Vegas or may ask Toni for a recommendation when there is time to provide one. Travel within 20 miles of Toni’s Las Vegas base has no added fee. Any farther travel fee is agreed before booking.
