Website Terms
Terms for using this website and starting a wedding inquiry.
Last updated August 13, 2026
These terms govern use of dragemdowntheaisle.com. A service-specific Acuity selection, invoice, written agreement, event confirmation, or personalized-song agreement may add terms for a particular booking or purchase. When terms differ, the more specific accepted terms control that service.
Website use
By using the website, visitors agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse forms, scrape protected content, or use the website to harm Drag ’Em Down the Aisle, Toni James, Songs Más Special, clients, or service providers.
Website information is provided for wedding planning and service inquiry purposes. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial, or government advice. Clark County, Nevada, Acuity, venues, payment providers, and other third parties control their own requirements, fees, availability, processing, and policies.
Availability, consultations, and bookings
A free 35-minute consultation helps the couple discuss the date, location, ceremony, reception plans, and package fit. Scheduling a consultation or submitting an inquiry does not reserve a wedding date.
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due to secure the date after the service and package are confirmed. Zelle is preferred, and an online payment option is available. Final payment is due on the wedding day. A booking is subject to the accepted Acuity selection and any written service terms supplied for that booking.
Packages, timing, and travel
Published package names, prices, and reserved service windows describe the currently offered choices. Exact service details are those shown in the accepted booking record or written agreement. Ceremony length is generally 10–30 minutes, and Toni arrives 30 minutes before the ceremony.
Travel within 20 miles of Toni’s Las Vegas base has no added fee. Any farther travel fee is agreed before booking. Guest count is determined by the couple and the venue’s capacity. Confirm venue access, rules, permits, admission, parking, and third-party charges directly with the venue or relevant provider unless a written service agreement addresses them.
Changes, cancellations, delays, and emergencies
Contact Toni promptly if the date, time, location, ceremony plan, or access conditions change. Rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, emergency, and force-majeure outcomes are governed by the specific written terms accepted for the booking. A website inquiry alone does not create a promise to move a date, hold a second date, refund a deposit, or provide a replacement service.
Pride participation
When registration is open for a Las Vegas PRIDE group ceremony, the Pride form collects information needed for event coordination. Submitting the form does not prove that a marriage license has been obtained, create a legal marriage, confirm payment, or override event, organizer, and government requirements. Legal participants remain responsible for obtaining the required Clark County marriage license and bringing the marriage documents to the ceremony.
Personalized Wedding Song Add-On
The $200 Personalized Wedding Song Add-On is provided by Songs Más Special and coordinated through Toni’s wedding workflow. The production is human-led and AI-assisted and may use Suno. Creative scope, payment timing, editing, delivery, personal-use licensing, and content limits are governed by the song terms presented before work begins.
Submitting a song story does not authorize use of confidential information belonging to another person. The person submitting the intake is responsible for having permission to provide names, stories, photographs, recordings, or other contributed material.
Website content and media
The website design, copy, logos, graphics, photographs, video, audio, and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property and other laws. No website content may be copied, sold, republished, altered, or used commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder. Third-party names, services, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The website links to or embeds services operated by third parties, including Acuity Scheduling, government websites, social platforms, review sources, and payment or communication providers. Drag ’Em Down the Aisle does not control a third party’s uptime, accessibility, security, content, fees, eligibility decisions, or policy changes.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Drag ’Em Down the Aisle is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party systems, venue restrictions, government processing, inaccurate information supplied by a visitor, or unauthorized use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Updates and contact
These terms may change when services, providers, practices, or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to dragemdowntheaisle@gmail.com, submitted through the Contact page, or raised during the free consultation. Personal-information practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
